The first room my boyfriend and I were given was dirty. When we walked in, the bed did not have any sheets or blankets, there was a food container left in front of the TV, and there was a horrible smell. We went down to the desk to let them know, and we were given a different room. This isn't the first time that we have been given a dirty room and have had to switch. The staff were willing to help us, and they apologized for what had happened. After this, we did not have any issues. I'd say the hotel is good for the price we paid.

: we checked-in and grabbed our bags and got on the elevator and soon as the doors open on the ~ 2nd-floor we sighted cockroaches. : im like whoa... : soon after we open the room-door looked round dust in the corners and cigar-papers on the floor and the the ac needs a good cleaning.

Close to Busch Gardens, but property is outdated, poorly maintained and dirty. Chair in the room smells musty, rust everywhere in the bathroom, and clogged sink. Nobody was in the front desk when I checked in.and had to wait. Breakfast was very basic.
