Great Stay for Our Family of 5

All of the staff we engaged with were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and up-to-date. The continental breakfast had decent choices and a wide-enough time window that we could comfortably enjoy it as needed. Gym appeared clean with suitable equipment, though we didn't utilize it. Overall, it was a great stay and we plan to stay again in the future!

We had a pleasant stay. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Easy check in and check out process due to reservation was done through Expedia. Didn’t have breakfast since, but it sure smelled good when I was checking out. The only issue I had was when my husband was taking our bags to the car and I was still in the room getting ready, he told the housekeeper i was still in the room getting ready and she kept knocking on the door and opening it. Mind you the time was around 10:15 and checkout was 11:00; plenty of time to do everything I needed to do. This was the only hiccup; not a deal breaker and will not deter me from staying here on the future.

Hard beds

We were in 244 which was an extremely long walk to access the elevator to bring all our belongings up. Secondly, the beds were extremely hard. They said all they could do was bring us extra comforters to soften the bed but this did not help. Back was definitely sore by morning. For some reason, in our hallway, people would leave their bags of trash and dirty towels out in the hallway which seemed very strange and unclean. The breakfast was not that great, cheap cereal and small/stale bagels. Next time we will pay more and stay somewhere nicer.

Good stay but two things keep it from being great

Everyone and everything was fine except two things: one is no ramp going out the side door from the first floor. It is nice to park on the side near the elevator but with many steps it is VERY hard to get luggage up and down. The other thing is HAVING TO DOWNLOAD AN APP AND LOAD MONEY ON YOUR PHONE just to do a load of laundry. This is just a MAJOR inconvenience. Exercise room is nice and breakfast good. Location good for our travels in area.

Paper thin walls and odd smelling AC unit. The beds were nothing to rave about. I thought it'd be better with the star ratings this hotel has. There was a lot of parkinglot activity all throughout the night and a lot of door slamming in the hallways. You can hear everyone.

Overall property is serviceable for the price, however, our room at least, was very humid, despite the ac working fine. I will note that I was also quite annoyed to recieve room service despite being told that we wouldn't be staying long enough to worry about it. I'm not too keen to know that I had a surprise visit to my room with all of my private stuff out, which I would have packed away had I been expecting or wanting room service. Lesson learned- always use the "don't disturb" sign.
