This is a 2-bedroom condo at the Historic Powhatan Resort in Williamsburg, VA. The unit will either be an upstairs or downstairs unit and it is assigned at check in. Requests can be made for either the upstairs or downstairs unit but is subject to availability of the resort.
The unit features a full kitchen, living and dining room areas as well as a washer/dryer in the unit.
The grounds of the Historic Powhatan feature an outdoor (seasonal) swimming pool, club house, putt-put mini-golf, children's playground as well as various ponds located on the property.
Only minutes from Publix grocery store and restaurants as well as everything Williamsburg has to offer.
Mandatory resort fee will be charged at check in, $20.95 fee + 12% tax per unit, per night. ($164.25 for 7 nights). If you stay for just a few days, if you check out at the front desk prior to 2pm, they will refund the remainder of the resort fees for the days that remain.
