Trailborn Grand Canyon in Williams was one of the highlights of our Southwest trip. The rooms were stylish, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. I accidentally left my laptop behind after checking out, and the team not only found it but went out of their way to carefully package and ship it back to me. They were kind, responsive, and genuinely cared. Thank you!! If you're visiting the Grand Canyon area, this is the place to stay. Can’t recommend it enough!

Our family had a great stay over the weekend. The check-in process was incredibly quick and seamless, which was much appreciated after a long journey. Our initial room had a few issues—a funky smell, a window blind that was difficult to close, and an air conditioning unit that wouldn’t shut properly. Since we arrived very late, we decided to rest for the night. However, the next morning, when the blinds completely fell off, I informed the front desk about the issues. The staff handled the situation with great care and professionalism, immediately offering us a new room, ensuring our comfort, and apologizing for the inconvenience. Their commitment to customer service truly stood out, and their willingness to make things right made all the difference in our experience. The new room was perfect, and from that point on, everything was smooth. The hotel’s pool was a highlight—clean, refreshing, and a great spot to unwind. And Miss Kitty's restaurant was an absolute delight—the food was incredibly delicious! Despite the initial hiccup, the exceptional customer service made up for it, and I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others. They truly care about guest satisfaction, and that’s what matters most!

None of the advertised amenities were available during our stay. The staff explained that this was due to the property just having opened, but that seems to be even more reason to have activities like cornhole and bocce ball accessible. Interestingly, we saw other guests playing with these items the day before, even though we were told they were not available. It felt as though the staff member simply didn’t want to assist us. The check-in process was also disorganized and took almost an hour, with staff informing us that the rooms were not ready due to other employees not showing up. Additionally, special paid activities like in-room camping were not set up, which ruined the surprise for our child. When we requested that this be set up, we were informed that someone wouldn't be able to do it, and then a staff member entered our room without knocking. Overall we paid more to stay here and it just didn't feel like we got what we paid for.

AC was broken the 2nd night and when i tried calling the front desk the phone was broken. When checking out i was told they would give me dome type of discount but there was no follow through and was never given any compensation.
