The Element is a very good place to stay the local atmosphere is great they welcome you with open arms. Very good place to stay the roof top staff is amazing Xrp to the moon. The front desk ms.chelsea was very helpful and was able to check in hassle free with great convenience and conversation. The star of the stay is Ms.Sasha took her time to clean while maintaining her welcoming positive energy thank you so much I suggest everyone stay here Bondia!!!

Pros: - Extremely convenient location to the downtown/tourist areas (Punda, short walk to bridge to Otrabanda). Good for a solo traveler or anyone not planning to rent a car. - The property has some food/bar options which is a plus, especially the rooftop bar that’s a vibe from Thursday-Saturday especially. - Staff were always friendly both at the front desk and throughout the common areas Cons: - The carpet in the hallway on the 3rd floor was quite dirty which was off-putting but nothing crazy as long as you have shoes I suppose. - They have a nice DND/clean room system which was adhered to all but once where my room wasn’t cleaned for the day. The staff did an alright job cleaning but did not replace the comforter for the duration of my 6 night stay, not sure where it was communicated that this is the expectation but this would be the only hotel I’ve encountered like that. - The music from the rooftop can be loud but not an issue if you’re not in your room much from around 4pm to 11:30-midnight. Overall, Elements is a solid pick if you want to be close to the touristy areas and explore for the first time, but as a returning traveler I’d probably stay elsewhere.

The staff at Elements is simply awesome and oh so nice. They help me setup excursions, transportation, and dinner reservations. They also gave me recommendation for local places. The hotel is in downtown so you have a lot of walkable options for restaurants, shops, casino, and landmarks.

I usually enjoy Elements, where I have stayed (I believe) 4 times before. This time I was given room 214, which is below the toilet next to the lobby, where I was able to hear every single flush. Extremely noisy. Within 5 minutes I requested another room, but according to the reception none was available. Customers should be made aware that 214 is not similar to the others

The property is located in Punda or the Point. The location is great and very walkable. However the hotel could use some updating, there are zero phones in the room, the chairs in our were soiled. We explained the concerns to the staff and they asked if we had the service call light on? Well staff that was not explained to us upon check in. I explained it was just an FYI before the next guest arrives. Casada is on the rooftop, but just know that you will not get any sleep until they close. If you’re 40 and up I would not recommend staying at Element. Expedia stated VIP, I received the same treatment as any other guest, so I need Expedia define the VIP process in detail.

Highly recommended! Perfect location in the city; friendliest staff; clean, modern and well-designed rooms; rooftop access with pool; one of the highlights was the Mar & Tierra Restaurant on ground floor - wonderful atmosphere, food, cocktails, staff and reasonable prices; Elements is a vibe!!
