Staff was pleasant and the room was clean with the exception of the garbage can under the sink. It still had pizza boxes and garbage from the previous guests in it. The pool was small and a bit chilly for my liking but the other guests seemed to be enjoying it.

Clean room and facilities. Nice room amenities in the suite. Very friendly staff. It was as loud, but thats just because of inconsiderate guests who don't know how to close a room door, or just dont care. Also dont know when to lower their voices.

The room was exceptional, as always. However check in , was a bit disappointing, there were 2 men working the check in desk, we were told to step over to the second man for help, he mumbled something and handes us the room key , we looked on the card for the room number. Then at 4am my husband woke to a room door repeatedly banging from next door to I us and yelling..I love this hotel z we've been staying here when in town the last several years , but th service seems to be declined,not sure why . The check out staff was opposite of the check in staff , asked how the stay was. Was pleasant, etc... we didn't complain as what can they do ?
