Die Wohnung ist ansprechend. Alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt ist da. Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das Bad ist ansprechend. In den Betten schläft man gut. Kein Mangel gefunden. Preis Leistung stimmt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Herbert Krahl

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung und sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Einen Parkplatz findet man immer in der Nähe. Die Vermieter waren in einigen Punkten sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Eine Ansprechpartnerin ist schnell erreichbar und hilft bei (selbst verursachten) Problemen sofort. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super. Es muss fast nichts mitgebracht werden und man kann sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlen. Die Küche bietet viele Möglichkeiten zu kochen und zu backen, wenn man möchte (auch Plastiklöffel und schüsselchen für Babys sind da und ein Hochstuhl) Das Kinderzimmer ist toll für kleine Kinder, die Badewanne ist super und die Couch sehr bequem! Vielleicht wären Kindersicherungen an den Steckdosen noch super und man muss wissen, ( besonders wenn man vom Dorf kommt😉), dass die Wohnung nicht sehr still gelegen ist. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist das kein Problem aber im Sommer, wenn die Fenster gekippt sind, ist der angrenzende Hinterhof recht laut und die angrenzende Petersstraße ist viel befahren und sämtliche Einsatzfahrzeuge nutzen diese natürlich auch häufiger mit Martinshorn. Wir würden jedoch jederzeit wiederkommen, da Wilhelmshaven auch viel zu bieten hat und die Wohnung für uns genau passend war.

Kurzurlaub

Wir sind vom System leider nicht automatisch über das Vorgehen zur Schlüsselübernahme informiert worden, aber eine Nachbarin konnte uns in Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Verwalterin bringen und dann lief alles völlig unkompliziert! Unsere Jungs waren vom Kinderzimmer und der Ausstattung begeistert und die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Preis - Leistung in Ordnung

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in dem Objekt in Ordnung. Leider hat die Wohnung relativ muffig gerochen, so dass dauerhaftes Lüften unumgänglich war. Auch war der Boden relativ dreckig (helle Socken waren schnell dunkel, wenn man durch die Wohnung gelaufen ist). Ansonsten war die Wohnung ordentlich ausgestattet. Die Lage ist leider ebenfalls nicht besonders günstig (bzgl. des Umfeldes) und ziemlich direkt an einer Hauptstraße. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt, bei dem man außer frühstücken und schlafen nicht viel in der Wohnung macht war es in Ordnung, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich die Wohnung nicht buchen.
