The Sunshine Retreat in the Villages with Golf Car
Come and enjoy this beautiful 2 Bed/2 Bath Patio Villa Home. The home is located in the Village of Hawkins. We have made it very relaxing and welcoming for your stay. You will enjoy just a 3 minute golf car ride to Sawgrass and a 25 min ride to Brownwood. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the pool and Aviary Rec. Center is about 5 minute golf car ride away.
Golf Car included with home. Waiver will be sent to those interested.
The home is fully equipped with everything you will need to have a relaxing stay.
Resident IDs: You will need resident ids if you want to use the amenities in The Villages, such as the neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickle ball, classes, free golf at the executive courses, ability to make tee times, and more! Resident IDs cost $50 per person (Only two are allowed per The Villages rules.) However, once you have your resident IDs, you can request guest passes for other guests in your group. Upon picking up your IDs, you will pay the $50 fee ( cash or check ) to The Villages. After you receive your Resident ID(s) you can go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for the other member(s) of your group. Pick-up will be at the Brownwood Sales and Information office. I will need the following information no later than 3 days before arrival for Resident IDs: Full names, phone numbers, email addresses, and home addresses.

The home is comfortable and clean. Our hosts Kym and Frank were welcoming and responsive. We enjoyed the rec centers and had fun at the Brownwood area. Lots of restaurants and fun bars. Would highly recommend this home!

Host was awesome with quick responses to any questions we had. For us the property was close to where we needed to be . This next fact may be of importance to people traveling with family but water pressure in showers were very strong even with both showers going at the same time . Again can’t say enough about the quick response by the host to any questions or concerns
