The hotel was cozy and clean. The location is good because it is close to the beach. However the pool by the hot tub wasn’t clean.

Location is not hectic. The beach was fun, not overcrowded and the chairs and umbrella provided was a nice extra. Rooms and property was very clean. Pool was a bit crowded and noisy, and the music was louder than necessary. The elevator was very small, hot and slow. Use the stairs if you can. Overall, a very pleasant stay and recommend giving it a try.

We loved the decor-the accommodations. It was so nice and clean and kept up. We loved the Shuttle especially our shuttle driver Jack.

Hotel is located right by the beach. The towel (pick up from the pool), beach chair and umbrella are provided for visiting the beach was very nice feature that the hotel provides. The pools were great but wish that they could maintain cool water temperature, pool water was too warm, close to the temperature of the hot tub.

Its our second year at madison much improved from last year. Best vibe in wildwood area by far. I was VP for Ritz Carlton hotels so i am picky but for a oceanfront hotel in this area this is exactly what i wanted. Inspired me to maybe do this in another beach town. Only thing i would do is double the elevator chase need 2 for sure 1 isnt getting job done!

Absolutely wonderful, the front desk manager Iona was so fun and accommodating, had early check in. Pool was amazing with live music and hot tub. We have stayed a quite a few hotels in and around wildwood and this was by far, leaps and bounds above the others. They have a shuttle van that will take you where you need, it runs every 15 minutes. Shuttle Jack was awesome and fast. Love love love Madison, our bew goto at wildwood crest!!! See you again very soon.

We had a very pleasant stay and overall was very happy. The shuttle service was great and everyone was super friendly. Brought an air mattress to lay on the pull out sofa and that worked great. Will definitely come back next year!

From the moment we got to the resort the staff was friendly and happy to have you as a guest. The resort had wonderful amenities from valet service, all the way to taking your chairs/umbrella out on the beach. You are right in the beach, just steps away. At 9am the pool opens, music starts, and its a wonderful experience. The pool is heated and the hot tub is perfect to warm up in after the beach. Overall our weekend was wonderful here at the Madisom Resort, we plan to make a other trip!

They are so close....

This is probably the cleanest place in Wildwood. The place is absolutely spotless,couple things that irked me a bit that held me back from giving it five-star review was upon check and my room was ready but had to pay extra to get into it and the day we checked in we couldn't use the pool at our hotel due to a wedding that should have been made clear to us upon checking in. Your hotel is immaculate. Don't nickel and dime people for early check-ins when the rooms are ready. For the most part the staff is very nice and very accommodating. I did ask the lady at the front desk why I had to pay $50 to get into my room early if it was already ready and she said she didn't really know that's just the policy. Sounds to me. Like just a money grab. I'd rather you throw that money into the daily rate. It's more of a principal thing. Couldn't really tell you how the food was because we ate out everyday due to me being irked. Upon checking, I wasn't going to give them any extra money for nickel and dimeing me upon check in. I would say the rooms were pretty well done a little on the cheap end as you could tell by the craftsmanship of the work. But all in all they look beautiful. And like I said before the place is spotless all the rooms clean as could be. Bed wasn't all that comfy but it's the beach. You shouldn't be in bed anyway

2 nights for my nephews wedding.

Really nice cozy, retro style hotel with a nice indoor-outdoor restaurant called "Vinyl". The breakfast was very good with attentive service. Really nice pool area with heated pool and Jacuzzi-style hot tub. Outside, walk down the stairs and you are on the beach. Valet parking is quick. Air conditioning is VERY efficient. Front desk, Iona was great, she got to know us personally. Highly recommended, we will be back when we can spend more time.

I have definitely stayed at nicer hotels. I thought with it being a new place it would have been a nicer place. The room was not that clean when we first got there and then we had the sign on the door for them not to come in they did. I really did not like that. I had all my personal stuff out and felt like it was unnecessary. And with that they still barely cleaned. They moped the floor and that was it. Being a home owner and haven stayed at many different hotels a clean room goes a long way. This was definitely by far not the cleanest. Also when they say ocean view its on the side of your room so dont be mislead by that. Also the pictures make it look a whole lot nicer than what it is. Another thing is make sure they're are no weddings going on. We couldn't use the pool or the hot tub which was frustrating. Although there is another building its still not fair. Last but not least is the parking. The spots in the front are so small. They are very tight. They do have spots on the side but if there is a wedding going on then good luck. Also the elevator takes a long time and there is only one that I know of. Other than that the receptionist are very nice.

There was only air conditioning and no heat option. Weather was not hot enough for air and night time could have used heat. Was not an option. Front desk staff in general was friendly. We stayed in Royal Tower. One particular front desk staff was rude and not friendly. Overall stay was okay
