As we arrived at check in desk with a couple and child right behind us, a man rolled out the front door passing all of us already in the foyer. He did not address us. There was a sign that staff would return soon. We assumed man who left was going home. Wish we had checked the time. After quite some time, enuf that child was very artsy and crawling over dad. Came in very calm with attentive parents. Man rolled back in and checked us in. Not very welcoming but same on recent checkout. As we left, young man who checked us in before at desk, as before, very welcoming. Would love more fruit besides apples with breakfast, ongoing dental work. Thx

Gentleman at check-in was awesome. When we came back after hockey and were trying to get ice he came down the hall and let us know where the ice machine on our floor was. Tv not working, hubby called and same man quickly told him how to change input. He was great. However, on checkout, we told a different man the sink had a drip. He took our key and rolled off.

None of the amenities they listed were working the reason inchose this hotel and I’m assuming the reason for the price of this hotel are due to the amenities however they did not work. The room was kind of gross and the bed look like it had been slept in before I got there.
