My wife called multilpe time to confirm a shuttle to airport and said there was. When we get there they say no shuttle service until 4am we need a ride before 3:30 am, not good.

There was a bad smell in the stairway and there were used bars of soap left in our shower. The main light in our room didn't work either. The front desk staff was friendly and it was close to the airport.

I walked in my room and it smelled like wet dog and stinky feet. It was 1 am after a long flight so i decided to deal with it the next morning. When i spoke to the front desk staff they said they would check it out for themselves. He went to my room, circled around in his wheelchair and said "i don't smell anything." So that was the end of the anyone dealing with it. I asked if there were other rooms or if i could get a refund. They said "no." They didn't offer anything! No air freshener or anything! I asked to speak to a manager and a woman started talking with her hands pointing and making weird gestures. Come to find out, she was the manager. She just said "I'm not dealing with you. " Terrible customer service. Smelly room. Broken pieces in bathroom. The breakfast was good other than the biscuits being hard. I have a son at Boise state university and i will never be back to that place.

The hotel is good for an overnight stay if you’re catching a flight or arriving. The rooms were average. Our room had a funny smell and the beds were not that comfortable.
