"First pulled up,kind of scary!Yard needs good weed whipping! Old moldy cushions! Last years leaves still on deck and the last persons garage still in can!Inside not bad, ac just in one room(do understand that it was 90 something out)the only bedroom was hot ,also ants on counter,we did want a fire ..."
