Nicely decorated, comfortable bed and nice bathroom but as a room where pets accepted, it smelt of cat wee on entering. I have a dog…. The shower was great but I could not get hot water working. Both issues reception were aware of and said they wound attend to.

The hotel was good enough for a 2 night stay with my son for the Liverpool parade, It’s cheap and cheerful. Perfect for groups of lads that just want a room to put their heads down after a night out. Luckily my wife wasn’t with us because she would never have stayed in our room. It seriously needs an overhaul, so many jobs look like they’d been started but not finished.

Great 2 night stay Location, ice and overall visit

I was very pleased with every aspect of the hotel except one thing which was our specific room was far too warm. The hotel staff were extremely helpful with this and gave us a solution as soon as we let them know the issue with the room.

Great clean friendly hotel, huge beds! Lobby far too hot. Great staff!. Luke warm showers though, early check in free was a bonus thank you. Would recommend and stay here again. Has 2 restaurants and a garage accross the road 2 minutes walk excellent food & cocktails in the restaurant accross the road. Felt safe. Didn’t hear a thing the 2 nights we stayed
