Welcome to our cottage located between land and sea, in the heart of the Opal Coast and the Cap and Tidal Opal Natural Park, which can accommodate up to 13 people. Independent of new construction, it will bring you the best of comfort. On the ground floor, a bedroom with queen-size bed, private shower room with PRM standards and its terrace.

Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, 2 with sleeping in 160, one with sleeping in 140 and a large bedroom separated by a closet with 3 single beds and bunk bed.
2 bathrooms, one with walk-in shower and the other with bath, separate toilet.
With private parking for several cars, pétanque area.
Services included:
Sheets can be rented for € 10 / person as well as towels for € 5 / person. Free rental from one week of reservation.
Free WI-FI connection
Holiday rental open all year round for the week, mid-week and weekend.
Optional cleaning fee € 75 per stay, uncashed deposit of € 500.
The cottage is located near the fortified town of Boulogne-sur-mer, its castle, its museum and the center of the Nausicaa sea. Long sandy beach, seaside resorts such as Wissant, Wimereux, Le Touquet. Many hiking trails, including those of Cap gris nez and Cap blanc nez.
Several sites to visit: The dome of Helfaut, V2 base of the second world war of Mimoyecques, war museum 39-45 in Ambleteuse.

Très belle maison récente au calme, toute équipée et très bien entretenue. Le nécessaire de cuisine et d'entretien est présent dans la maison ce qui est très pratique. L'extérieur est très agréable avec le terrain de pétanque et la pergola. Le contact avec la propriétaire est très facile et chaleureux. Accès proche et simple de Wimereux, Boulogne, activités nautiques et autres activités de loisirs.

Noël en famille

Un endroit très adapté à un séjour court en famille. Bâti et ameublement de qualité (clarté de la maiso mn grâce à ses grandes baies vitrées malgré un temps capricieux, lits très confortables…), accueil très sympathique. Seul bémol: un matériel un peu insuffisant (verres à eau, tasses à café, petites cuillères…) pour un groupe important (nous étions 13).

Tres bien

Nous avons passé un bon sejour entre amis dans ce gîte lumineux et spacieux. Les chambres sont de tailles ideales, la deco moderne, tout est à disposition pour passer bon moment. A 15m de Boulogne sur mer et de ses commerces et de Wimereux et sa plage. Cela lui donne un emplacement idéal. Bref, nous recommandons.

Très belle maison, très fonctionnelle et très bien entretenue. Nous avons passé un week-end entre amis à l'occasion des 40 ans de mon mari, nous étions 12 et aucun manque de place ne s'est fait ressentir. Super extérieur même si malheureusement nous n'avons pas bcp profiter à cause du mauvais temps. Merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil

Mooi moderne woning in een rustige omgeving

We kregen bij onze aankomst een warm welkom van Karine. Het uur van aankomst werd op onze vraag vervroegd wat geen probleem bleek. De woning op zich is heel recent, de bedden hebben goeie matrassen! De overdekte terras is een pluspunt👍

Wij, met 11 personen, hebben een geweldig verblijf genoten . Alles was perfect geregeld, een mooi huis met veel luxe, gelegen in een mooie glooiende omgeving. Een week is eigenlijk te kort. Een minpuntje, het huis is niet rondom afgezet waardoor wij onze hond niet vrij konden laten lopen, maar misschien zegt dat ook wat over onze hond. Verder kan ik iedereen die van rust en de zee houdt dit huis aanbevelen. Fam Peeters NL
