Staff was extremely helpful, accommodating and kind. The rain showers were amazing. Wish there was a way to make the room colder but I guess that’s just Europe. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Bern. Right next to the main bus stop and train station. Highly recommend

Overall a good hotel. But with 5 stars and prices to match one expects better. Bath towels were not thick. There were so many light switches that you’d need a degree in engineering to figure them out. Temperature controls were also difficult. Sometimes less is more.

we had a great stay here. the location is perfect and the views and service at the rooftop bar were amazing. the room/bed were comfortable and the staff were super nice. would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Location. We used it as a central spot to take trains to the scenic sites. Did a few day trips. Spent one day exploring Bern. Easy accessible, bus, tram, train and lots of food options around. Breakfast staff and front desk staff were excellent.
