The location was great. The surrounding areas were not bad, plenty of dining options. And close shopping. The staff on the other hand was very rude 3 out of the 4 employees I did come in contact with or spoke to were rude and unprofessional. The beginning of my stay was pleasant I was checked in with no problems the front desk worker did have to pause and let her boyfriend know when I believe came from down the hallway that she would be done in just minute. ( Kind of strange.) But service was pleasant. After arriving to the room we realized it was smaller then we had thought ( mind you we have 7 children with us) we had paid for two nights. We were exhausted from being in the road all day so we laid down to rest and I booked another room for the following night so we could stay comfortably. The next morning/afternoon I called the front desk to explain the situation and see if we could check into our other room. The gentleman who answered was very rude and just shouted no check ins before 3. Okay... I went to the front desk around 4 to check into our other room and the lady at the counter shockingly was very rude and questioning why I would reserve another room then told me they had late check outs and my room would not be ready for another couple hours. I didn't say anything even though that is ridiculous I can't check into my room until at least 6pm it wasn't even worth booking the other room at this point. Was never able to check in and was not issued my refund. Horrible

The front desk staff was very helpful with everything we needed. There were no sheets in the room for the sofa bed and Brandon was very accommodating with getting the bedding handled. Breakfast had some great options and the location was central to everything we needed to get to. We will definitely stay here next time we're in the area.

The property and room were clean, and it was obvious they had worked to keep up the property for the most part. What we didn't like was that we reserved a room with a queen bed. When we saw our room did not have a queen bed, we immediately went to the front desk to get a different room. We were told we DID have a queen bed and all their rooms have the same size bed. Feeling stupid, we went back to our room. We then measured our bed--50 inches--not a queen which is 60 inches. This is a deal breaker for us and would have never reserved a room with just a full-sized bed. We stayed, but were extremely unhappy and felt we were taken advantage of. We come to Wichita every year, but we won't stay here again.

Very nice and welcoming desk clerk. Room felt a little worn out and there were long hairs in my bed when I pulled back the covers - hopefully just the cleaning staff. I think it was appropriately priced, but I don't think it lived up to its review score. I don't plan to go back.

One night stay in Wichita

I had completed pre check-in online, but arrived behind a group of four. Their check-in made me wait a long 20 minutes. As I checked in, the line was out the door for the one desk person who was trying his best. The room they initially assigned me was on the second floor, though I had clearly asked for highest floor. I pointed that out, and it was corrected. I arrived to find that my room smelled of an awful food product that likely had been cooked by previous tenant. However, on my request, maintenance delivered and sprayed an air freshener and that helped considerably. Also, the T-V continually went dark. Maintenance explained that they were failing throughout the complex and that they were being replaced. Despite all that, because of the location and fair price, I would likely stay there again. Hopefully, the staff is working on improvements.

Overall this a great nice place to stay. You can stay long term or short term. They have a pretty big kitchen area. Everything was clean and breakfast was good. Lots of parking. My only complaint would be is that you can hear pretty much anything out of your door. If someone’s in the hall, there is no sound proofing. I recommend bringing a fan. This made where the noise was almost nonexistent!
