Clean and friendly...but some kinks to work out.

Parking lot was safe and desk staff was friendly. Our bathroom did not have any soap and my husband had to ask the housekeeping staff. The response was that they ran out of soap. When he explained that we needed to have soap, she produced a half a bottle of Equate hand soap. I am not sure why we were not given that to begin with. The next morning, while in the shower, he discovered that the shampoo dispenser was completely empty. When he told the person at the front desk, she said she would get some as soon as possible...little help as we were checking out to continue our journey.

It was a very nice experience, except we did not have any bar soap, no wash cloths, no bath mat. The lotion and body was bottles were empty.

Very clean! Cleaning staff were so nice I helped me get new trash bags and took my trash! Very quiet! We were there a Thursday to Saturday. And never heard people outside our room really! The water park blast off bay was worth it for my 3 year old. She had a blast as did me, my husband and 10 month old! Water park is clean and well kept as well! (You do have to pay to go to the water park it’s not included in hotel room)

This was a perfect place for a kids/grands and greats end of summer fun outing. Just a couple of hours from home and the family loved Blast Off Bay!
