The inside of the lobby was warm and stuffy. AC in rooms was not cooling properly. Breakfast bar juice was out of order. Staff was great and friendly with what they are working with.

Broken washing machine. No laundry soap for sale, inattentive staff, no cart available to unload car. This cost me an extra 40 minutes after being exhausted from driving, hotel room was musty, dirty, pool and sauna closed until further notice. Felt like the place was avout to shut down. I would avoid this one in the future.

Our room was fine, however the fitted bed sheet would not stay in place—either worn or too small for the bed. We had been on the road for a while and I really needed a clothes iron that worked-ours did not. Breakfast was limited in choices and the fitness room weight machine was broken. Staff was great at the front desk and housekeeping was very accommodating. We travel with small pups so our options are limited.

I am not sure what happened at this hotel. But the pool was closed and both rooms that I requested to stay in smelled mildewed and musty. I had originally planned to stay at the hotel for several days and I had to check out after one night because of the Moldy smell.

Check in was very chaotic. There was a front desk receptionist but she didn't speak to me and made no eye contact what so ever. I attempted to use the lady they have on the screen working remotely to check in but she was having technical difficulties of which the in person receptionist offered no help at all. After 10 minutes of trying to get checked in, the in person receptionist finally helped me after the remote one asked her to. It was a nightmare. 0/10 did not recommend that experience. The indoor pool was also closed for maintenance.
