Cosy on Catherine definitely lives up to its name, tastefully decorated, well presented and welcoming this 2-bedroom unit is a delightful place for a winter getaway or a relaxing summer break. One bedroom consists of 1 queen and the other has a queen and single. There is a good-sized bathroom with a shower, toilet and a heated towel rail
The snug lounge has a wood burner for the cooler months and there is air-conditioning for those hot summer days, so all year-round comfort!
There is a dining table and a well-appointed kitchen with gas hob and a dishwasher! There is parking space under a carport and a lovely flat lawn area which wraps around the house and is quite private around the back of the house.
The location is within walking distance to town and a short drive to Buffalo Beach.

Whitianga serves as the gateway to the Coromandel's most breathtaking beaches. Take a scenic drive to Kuaotunu, Matarangi, Whangapoua, or continue to the charming village of Coromandel Town, which boasts delightful shops and eateries. Or head the other way to Hahei, and Hot Water Beach, both are beautiful beaches and should be seen! For a maritime adventure, head to the Whitianga wharf, where tour boats offer trips to Cathedral Cove. Here, you can snorkel in the marine reserve and marvel at Mercury Bay's stunning coastline. The passenger ferry also leaves from the wharf and will take you across to Ferry Landing, from where a short walk leads to Flaxmill Bay, with a couple of cafes en route. Alternatively, you could cycle to Cooks Beach, again there are some great restaurants and a pretty beach. ride the bike up to Shakespeare Cliff and check out the memorable views of Mercury Bay!
