The pool had scum in it and was cloudy. No regular sugar for coffee. Housekeeping cleaned room and didn’t replace wash clothes only leaving one clean one for two people. Towels had a yellow tint next to one that was white so I could see they were old. Had a handicap room and there was mildew/mold growing under the shower chair. Was very disappointed being that it was very expensive and a holiday inn in which I have never been disappointed with.

The overall experience was great, the only thing that I feel they need to work on is being prepared when it comes to for example having enough towels, it was a little disappointing that they were completely booked and were not ready or prepared with something some simple as towels for the rooms or the pool

Only complaint. We booked hotel for free breakfast. They advertised 6-10 am. My daughter had a softball tournament and needed to be at the field by 7 am. As of 6:40 it was not opened. We had to quickly leave and buy food on way to field.

At check in the front desk check someone into my room with my name, how does that happen? After 30 minutes to fix that our room was 78 degrees no ac, had to go back to front desk for another room, the next morning my card was charged an additional room fee for another night, waited another 30 minutes to clear that up,
