Room was very clean and spacious. Having a mini kitchen was lovely. Restaurant had excellent food! Staff was very friendly. Our only complaint was the lack of soundproofing between floors. A family was above us with kids who kept moving furniture and running across the floor. Sound was so loud it kept us up and woke us up.

For our family of 5, the 2 bedroom worked perfect. Great view from our 5th floor apt. Comfortable beds and clean apt. We stayed at this hotel because the website stated pet friendly but we were told otherwise at check-in. I got worried but the the girl said i could pay an extra fee, until i argued with hera few seconds, when she called the manager on duty, he said there was no charge and no problem, so it worked out.

Overall, it was a good stay. The rooms were clean; however they are only replenished every second day. The rooms were also very dark, and there was no privacy as the room faced another building.

Great location easily walkable to the river area. Dining was 10/10 with their sourdough waffles. One of the best Eggs Benny I’ve ever had. The hotel is modern & clean. Great housekeeping. Has everything you’d need, including cozy robes. Very happy& will return.

I liked the property & area The staff kept putting me in a wheelchair accessible room for the rate booked on Expedia & it was only an economy package so I asked & the employee would not switch or call the manager at 1am
