The location is the only thing this hotel has going for it. The only reason I am giving this hotel 3 stars is the front desk guy at night. Otherwise, it would be one. He was extremely kind and helpful both nights of our stay. They were completely out of drinks in the market throughout our stay. The first night my family and I were so thirsty. The day guy at the desk literally told me all I could do was walk to the nearest hotel and buy from their market. Just to get a drink! That is crazy! They didn’t even have water! For 48 hours of us staying there. The morning we left it looked like they had finally added drinks. The housekeeping never came, I had to go ask for towels and he asked me to gather our towels and put them in the hall,
But we were on our way out the door. When we returned for the night, they had not cleaned our room, emptied trash, or taken dirty towels. They just put the towels right in the door. Other guests were complaining as we were checking out. My son made a mess on the carpet, and I cleaned it. As I was scrubbing the carpet I realized how filthy it was to begin with. There are other hotels near the ballpark to choose from. The only reason I would ever stay here again would be the night guys thoughtfulness.
