Stayed here for a single with a friend. We were in town for a concert and this hotel was conveniently located just across the street from the venue. Aside from the convenience, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the overall conditions were satisfactory. Although, we had a room right next to the elevator and that was quite noisy but for one night, we wouldn't complain.

I valet my vehicle which was a rental. I handed the key to the attendant. In the morning the valet brought my rental up. Handed my key and I drove off and ultimately getting home to FL. Not knowing that the valet also took my key to my personal vehicle out of the console. My personal vehicle that is parked in FL. It has cost me significantly to go from MCO to my home then back again to get my vehicle with my spare key. All because of their mistake.

When booking this stay we accidentally selected October instead of November for the month of our stay we booked and immediately contacted them within a half hour to change this but was told there was nothing they could do so we never even stayed at the hotel but was charged spoke with several people whith no help.

Manager, front desk staff, restaurant staff, and valet staff were outstanding. Unfortunately, we had no bath soap gel in shower and ran out of tissues immediately (maybe 2 left in box). Also, the Chinese Lantern Flies were everywhere in lobby but staff worked to clean them up. Breakfast was decent but looking at a vacuum cleaner and supplies in the dining area was an eye sore. Overall, good stay.
