Cabin #1 sits atop a ridge over the White River. The pool is to the right of this cabin but no worries, the pool is gated. One of only 3 cabins at the resort, there is only a small amount of people enjoying many extra amenities you will not find anywhere else in this area! This cabin has a screened in porch down the side and back and both with amazing river views! There is also an extended porch with a pub style seating area where you feel on top of the world. Watch eagles, otters, geese, and all kind of bird species. You may get a chance to see the huge military planes fly by right over the river! Downstairs from the extended porch is a new hot tub with a newly built lower-level river view deck. Inside is light with plenty of windows and space, high beams, all wood floors, and a mix of river and farm decor. The kitchen is all you need while on vacation with a gas stove with 3 burners, toaster oven/air fryer, microwave, Keurig, retro fridge, and all cookware and utensils to make your meals. The king bed shares the open space with the living room area but there is also a private full bedroom with a tv and private door leading to the back porch perfect for the kids or friends. The bathroom has a clawfoot bathtub with shower handle to soak the stress away. There is an outdoor shower at this cabin and also 4 showers at the pavilion a short walk away as well. Just under 30 minutes from Mountainview or Batesville this is an idea location for any of the many events held in these tourist towns and Blanchard Spring caverns. Cabin #1 is closest to the pool with the only pool view from your porch. The amenities here are endless: the pool, 2-acre lake that waterfalls into the river, huge outdoor fireplace, pavilion with 4 private bathrooms, gazebo, The Outhouse Lounge with a pool table, pinball, kayaks, paddle boat, Jon boat, and other games plus acres to explore or rock hunt. The 3 cabins on this property are spaced out enough for each one to have their own privacy and their own comforts. Enjoy the vibe this secluded area has-if you love outdoors and beautiful scenery-you came to the right place. If exploring Arkansas is on your schedule this property will check all the boxes. A private fire pit area on a rock structure, outdoor shower, new hot tub with an extended deck downstairs has all been added in January 2026.
