Great location clean and comfortable

Don’t let the First impressions as you walk up to the top floor where this property is located put you off as once inside it’s decorated to a modern standard and very clean. Very comfortable beds but needs blinds in front bedroom covering the side windows unless you like being up early as the sun rises! Fantastic location within easy reach of all Whitby has to offer Parking bit of a nightmare but we did manage to get a space but we were lucky as spotted someone leaving as we’d finish unpacking parked on the double yellows! I’ve marked it down one star as the shower did not keep its warmth and we had trouble with the boiler which I reported in and still have had no full response from the issues raised.

The on street parking is a real problem,with this property. There is restricted parking near by but only for one hour.
