The Space:

Morning light filters through tall windows as snow settles quietly across the surrounding evergreens. The mountains rise beyond the treetops while the warmth of the fireplace draws everyone together after a day on the slopes. Evenings unfold slowly here - quiet forest views outside, comfortable spaces inside for conversation, games, and rest.



Set in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, this home sits high above the valley floor, surrounded by forest and mountain scenery. The interior opens to expansive windows and a cathedral ceiling that brings natural light into the main living area while maintaining a cozy alpine atmosphere during the winter season.



Sleeping arrangements

The home features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, offering plenty of space for groups to spread out comfortably.



Two primary suites include a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The additional bedrooms offer a mix of king and queen beds, each with its own ensuite and TV. A seventh bedroom includes a single bed and crib, along with an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination.



Living spaces

The open-plan main level creates a welcoming place to gather after a day outdoors. A comfortable seating area centers around the indoor fireplace, with large windows framing the surrounding forest. Nearby, the dining table provides space for shared meals while the kitchen remains connected to the conversation.

The kitchen includes Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large island with breakfast bar seating. Whether preparing a quiet breakfast or cooking for the group after a day skiing, the space offers everything needed for relaxed meals at home.



Entertainment & recreation

The lower level includes a media room with a TV, sofa, fireplace, and table tennis table for evening entertainment. A gym equipped with strength-training equipment allows guests to stay active during their stay.



Outside, the covered deck features a hot tub and outdoor firepit - ideal for warming up in the crisp winter air. The surrounding forest keeps the setting quiet and private while snow-covered peaks stretch across the valley beyond.



Neighborhood

Perched about 1,000 feet above Creekside Village, Kadenwood offers both seclusion and access to Whistler Mountain. A private gondola connects the neighborhood to Creekside, while nearby trails provide ski access during the winter season.



Shops, restaurants, and the slopes of Whistler are accessible within a short drive or gondola ride.



Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

• Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.

• Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
