This multi-level townhouse sits just above Whistler Village, offering a peaceful retreat with seasonal ski access and inviting spaces to unwind between adventures.

Sleeping arrangements
Designed for up to 10 guests, the home offers five bedrooms and six beds. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bath with a soaker tub and heated floors. A second bedroom includes a king-split bed and a private balcony, while a third room offers a twin bunk bed suited for kids. Two additional lower-level bedrooms each include a king-split bed, wardrobe, and ensuite, giving groups ample privacy and flexibility.

The top floor is dedicated to rejuvenation, complete with a steam room, dry sauna, and yoga room equipped with mats and a Bose sound system. It's a quiet refuge for stretching or unwinding after a day navigating Whistler’s winter terrain.

Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run. The ski-in route ends at approximately 100 stairs leading down to the Northern Lights community, and ski-out requires climbing those same stairs to reconnect with the trail. Access is typically available from late December through March, depending on snow conditions. Guests can also reach Whistler Village and the gondolas in about two minutes by car or taxi.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. • Construction Notice Summer 2025: Please be aware that a nearby property is undergoing a renovation starting in August 2025. During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.
• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
