The Space:

Snow-dusted evergreens and quiet alpine air surround you as you arrive on the southern slopes of Whistler Mountain. After a day outdoors, the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace and the steam rising from the hot tub make it easy to slow down and settle into mountain time. Gondolas glide past the trees as evening falls, setting the scene for relaxed nights and unhurried mornings.



The space

This townhouse accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, offering a layout that works well for families or groups traveling together. Oversized windows and vaulted ceilings bring natural light into the split-level living areas, while heating, air conditioning, and portable fans help keep the home comfortable through the winter season.



Sleeping arrangements

The upper level features two primary bedrooms, each with a king split bed, private balcony, TV, walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. On the lower level, two additional bedrooms also offer king split beds and direct access to the hot tub deck. These rooms share a full bathroom with a soaker tub, shower, and double vanity. A powder room on the main level adds extra convenience.



Living spaces

The main living area invites you to unwind on comfortable seating beside the fireplace, whether you’re watching TV or enjoying a quiet moment in the reading nook and dedicated workspace. The layout allows everyone to gather together while still offering corners for rest and downtime.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals after a day on the mountain, with modern appliances and ample space to cook and serve. A dining table seats eight comfortably, complemented by a breakfast bar for casual meals or morning coffee. Step out onto the balcony to grill on the BBQ and take in gondola views framed by surrounding trees.

At ground level, a private hot tub sits among the pines, providing a relaxing end to ski days or winter walks. A mudroom and garage offer practical storage for skis and gear, along with parking for two small vehicles or one large vehicle, plus driveway space.



Ski access

In winter, ski access is available via nearby trails connecting to the Dave Murray ski area and the Creekside Gondola. Access includes a short walk and is best suited to intermediate skiers. Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one large or two small vehicles. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Taluswood is perched high on Whistler Mountain in the peaceful Nordic neighbourhood, offering a quiet, forested setting with sweeping mountain views. With direct access to ski trails leading to Creekside, it’s ideal for intermediate skiers and snowboarders looking for a true slopeside experience. In summer, guests enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails, along with the serenity of being above the bustle of the village. Due to its secluded location, Taluswood is best suited for guests with a vehicle. While there’s no public transit in the immediate area, Creekside’s shops, restaurants, and gondola are just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy both nature and convenience.
