Evenings slow naturally here, whether you return from the slopes or spend the day enjoying the comforts of the house itself.
Living spaces are arranged across multiple levels, offering both shared gathering areas and places to retreat. A media room with TV invites relaxed movie nights, while the billiards room creates an easy rhythm for friendly competition. Indoor fireplaces add a steady, comforting glow throughout the colder months, and a dedicated workspace allows you to stay connected when needed. Wifi flows throughout the home, supporting both work and leisure.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 guests across thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. On the upper level, a primary suite features a king bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, private deck, and an ensuite with heated floors, double vanity, soaking bath, and glass-enclosed shower. A second primary suite also offers a king bed, scenic views, private deck, and an ensuite bath with soaking tub and dual vanity. The third bedroom includes a double bed with an additional double bed in the loft, served by its own ensuite with shower. On the main level, a California king bedroom with sitting area connects to a full ensuite. A nanny room offers a single bed, TV, and ensuite. A guest powder room and an additional bathroom with steam shower on the lower level add flexibility for groups.
Outdoor living
Winter days end beautifully outdoors. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub remain inviting, with steam rising into the cold alpine air as dusk settles in. An outdoor fire pit creates a natural gathering place for evening conversations, while snow-covered surroundings lend a quiet, secluded feel. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with ample counter space and a layout that supports both casual meals and longer dinners. A breakfast bar seats four, while the dining table comfortably seats ten, making shared meals easy after a day on the mountain. The BBQ area offers another option for preparing meals year-round, weather permitting.

Beyond the media and billiards rooms, the home includes a dedicated workout space with cardio equipment, allowing you to stay active without leaving the property. A Control4 Bluetooth sound system connects the spaces, and TVs throughout the home support relaxed evenings indoors.
Ski access and neighborhood
Ski-in/Ski-out access connects you to the mountain during the winter season, with routes leading toward the Lower Peak to Creek Trail and access near the private Kadenwood gondola. The gondola provides quick access to Creekside Village, where dining and shops are within easy reach before returning to the calm of the neighborhood.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior security cameras installed at the front, above the garage, and pool of this property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
