Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen supports relaxed, home-style meals, with generous counter space for cooking and a layout that keeps the group connected. The dining table seats eight beside tall windows that frame the surrounding trees, adding a sense of calm to early breakfasts or shared dinners before the next day’s runs.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to eight guests across four distinct sleeping areas. The upstairs primary bedroom includes a king bed, cable TV, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, soaking bathtub, and double vanity. On the lower level, one bedroom offers a queen bed with its own ensuite bath, another features a king-split bed that can be set as two twins, and the den includes a tri-bunk bed well suited for children or extra guests. A third full bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity serves the lower floor, along with a powder room on the main level.



Outdoor living

Winter evenings feel especially calm on the forest-view deck, where you can settle into the private hot tub as steam rises into the cold air. The entryway provides convenient space for skis and winter gear, while the private garage and driveway offer easy parking throughout the season.

Reliable WiFi and a dedicated workspace support remote needs, and an in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays straightforward. Essentials such as linens and towels are provided, along with heating, portable fans, and home safety features including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. The property includes a private entrance for added ease.

Set within the Cedar Ridge complex above the Upper Village, the townhouse offers ski access via the Village Run trail during the winter season. The Benchlands location provides quiet forest surroundings with convenient proximity to Whistler’s lifts, village dining, and winter amenities.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Cedar Ridge is a collection of sought-after townhomes perched adjacent to the Village Run, offering rare and seamless ski-in/ski-out access to both Whistler and Excalibur gondolas. Set in Whistler’s sought-after Benchlands neighbourhood, the area is known for its peaceful mountain setting close to Whistler’s key amenities.



Getting Around:

• 2-minute walk (up the complex driveway) to Village ski run

Other Things to Note:

• No window in the den. Please note that there are no windows in the room with the tri-bunk

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
