In this secluded Whistler retreat, every moment draws you into the rhythm of alpine life—from mornings that begin with crisp air and fresh snow underfoot to evenings spent gathered beside a glowing fire. Here, you move between adventure and ease, surrounded by forest views and the quiet hum of nature.
Sleeping arrangements
Spanning two levels and 4,646 square feet, the chalet accommodates up to twelve guests across five serene bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, seating area, and ensuite bath with a deep soaker tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. A secondary suite also includes a king bed and ensuite with a soaker tub and double vanity. The third bedroom offers king-split beds and an ensuite walk-in shower, while the fourth features two bunk beds and its own ensuite shower. On the lower level, the fifth bedroom includes a queen bed, a steam-room shower ensuite, and a private secondary entrance. Each space is designed to provide privacy and comfort, with thoughtful details that make extended stays effortless.

Floor-to-ceiling windows open to a spacious patio that blends seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. You can dine beneath the open sky, gather around the stone fire pit as the evening cools, or relax in the private hot tub while snowflakes drift through the air. Nestled within the exclusive Kadenwood neighborhood, the home provides ski-in access via a short walk to the Lower Peak to Creek trail, with return routes through Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run. Guests enjoy access to the private Kadenwood Gondola, connecting to Creekside Village in four minutes for shopping, dining, and additional lift access. The gondola is reached within a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive from the chalet.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, Kadenwood has several homes that remain under construction. Construction is typically active from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is permitted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests may experience construction noise from machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We won't offer additional compensation for construction disturbances. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
