Snow settles quietly into the surrounding evergreens as the mountains frame your days and nights, the air crisp and still. After time on the slopes, warmth returns quickly - steam rising from the hot tub, boots drying by the fire, conversations lingering long after dusk. Winter in Whistler moves at its own pace here, where forest views and alpine access shape every moment.
Sleeping arrangements
Spread across two levels and 4,646 square feet, the home accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The primary suite features a king bed, seating area, walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a deep soaker tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. A second suite also offers a king bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a soaker tub and double vanity. The third bedroom includes king-split beds and an ensuite walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is arranged with two bunk beds and an ensuite shower. On the lower level, the fifth bedroom provides a queen bed, a steam-room shower, and a secondary entrance.
Outdoor living
Winter days end outdoors just as easily as they begin. Floor-to-ceiling windows open to a patio where forest and valley views feel especially quiet beneath falling snow. The hot tub remains inviting after long ski days, while the fire pit offers a gathering place for evenings spent under clear mountain skies. Outdoor seating and a BBQ grill extend the living space year-round.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is designed for shared meals and unhurried mornings, featuring Brazilian quartzite counters, custom white oak cabinetry, and high-end appliances. A breakfast bar provides casual seating, while a separate prep kitchen supports larger gatherings. The dining area seats ten and looks out toward the forest. A temperature-controlled wine cellar and indoor mini bar add depth to evenings spent at home.
Leisure and comfort
Inside, a media room with foosball table, TV, and stone gas fireplace becomes a natural winter retreat. A stationary bike offers space to move on rest days, while a dedicated workspace allows for quiet focus. Heated floors, portable fans, laundry facilities, and generous storage support comfort throughout longer stays.
Parking and access
A heated garage provides free parking and includes a Tesla charger. A private entrance and functional mudroom simplify arrivals after snowy days outdoors.
Neighborhood
Located in the Kadenwood neighborhood, the home offers seasonal ski-in and ski-out access via a short walk to the Lower Peak to Creek trail, with ski-in return options through Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run. Guests also have access to the private Kadenwood Gondola, connecting to Creekside Village in approximately four minutes. The gondola is reached by a 15-minute walk or a short drive.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, Kadenwood has several homes that remain under construction. Construction is typically active from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is permitted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests may experience construction noise from machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We won't offer additional compensation for construction disturbances. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
