After a day outdoors, warmth waits inside - the glow of a stone fireplace, steam rising from the hot tub, and space for everyone to gather without feeling crowded. Winter in Whistler moves at a slower, more atmospheric pace here, shaped by alpine air and fireside evenings.
The home spans three levels and is designed for groups who want both togetherness and privacy. Throughout the house, mountain and forest views frame the experience, while thoughtful details make it easy to transition from snowy adventures to relaxed nights in.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms. The primary suite offers a quiet retreat with a fireplace, walk-through closet, and ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity and deep-soaker tub. Five additional bedrooms each include a queen bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the lower level, a spacious bunk room features two queen-sized bunk beds, a TV, and a game console, along with a bathroom with double vanity. A separate powder room near the media room adds convenience for evenings spent together.
Living spaces
Gather around the indoor fireplace after a cold day on the slopes, or settle into the media room for a movie night with the home cinema surround sound system. The adjoining billiards room and wet bar create an easy flow for relaxed evenings, while multiple TVs and high-speed wifi keep everyone entertained and connected.
Kitchen and dining
The main kitchen is open-plan and well suited to group meals, complemented by a separate butler kitchen for prep. Mornings start easily at the breakfast bar with six seats, while longer dinners unfold at the dining table that comfortably seats fourteen. Whether cooking together or bringing in meals from Creekside Village, the layout supports unhurried time around the table.
Outdoor living
Even in winter, the outdoor spaces remain part of the experience. The private heated outdoor pool and hot tub are available year-round, offering a memorable contrast of warm water and cool mountain air. A fire pit, covered patio, and outdoor kitchen with BBQ extend evenings outdoors when conditions allow, surrounded by forest that keeps the setting quiet and private.
Practical details
A private elevator connects all three floors, and a dedicated mudroom with ski racks and boot warmers makes ski days easy. The home includes air conditioning with a split type ductless system, heating, in-suite laundry, and parking in a free garage on the premises. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher.
Neighborhood
Located in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, the home offers access to the private Kadenwood Gondola, about a three-minute walk away, connecting you to Creekside Village shops, dining, and the Creekside Gondola. Ski-out access is nearby and best suited to intermediate skiers, while ski-in is possible via the Kadenwood trail depending on snow conditions.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Nearby Construction Noise Possible. A homesite near Kadenwood Winterfell is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits construction from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
