Across three levels, seven bedrooms accommodate up to fourteen guests. Each bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy for every guest. The primary suite features a fireplace, walk-through closet, and ensuite with a deep-soaker tub and double vanity. Five additional bedrooms each offer a queen-sized bed, TV, and walk-in shower. The lower-level bunk room includes two queen-sized bunk beds, a TV, and a double vanity bathroom, while a nearby powder room adds convenience.

The property’s outdoor spaces invite relaxation in every season. A 30 ft private heated pool and six-person hot tub sit beside a furnished patio with BBQ grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining area. Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Nearby Construction Noise Possible. A homesite near Kadenwood Winterfell is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits construction from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
