Please note that this condo is located in a bustling area, which means there is potential for noise disturbances. While the condo provides a peaceful sanctuary, occasional street noise or sounds from nearby establishments may be present. We recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper, as we want to ensure your utmost comfort during your stay.

While this condo offers easy access to exciting outdoor activities, it's important to note that it may be affected by noise due to its proximity to the popular bar Tapley's and also two of the best night clubs, MoeJoes and Buffalo Bills. If you're someone who appreciates the vibrant energy of the town and doesn't mind a little buzz, then this is the perfect place for you as we even offer complimentary entry and queue jump at these venues. However, if you prefer a quieter environment, we recommend considering other options.

Parking information

The door located to get back down into the parking garage is sometimes locked. There is a key located on a lanyard by the front entrance in the condo. This door can be a bit of a challenge to open if locked. Please gently wiggle the key to the left, this may take a couple of tries before it opens.

Please put this key back by the front entrance in the condo for future guests to use as well. Please do not misplace this key, it will be a $10 charge If it goes missing. Thank you.
