This condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests across 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2 baths. The primary bedroom features a king-split bed that can convert into two twins, along with a TV and walk-in closet. Its ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and a spacious closet, with a second bathroom nearby featuring a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity. Bedrooms are positioned on opposite sides of the home for added privacy.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios and decks
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
• The Nicklaus North Clubhouse and Table Nineteen Restaurant, including the patio, are located on the ground floor of the building and may occasionally host private events. Please note that private events are permitted until midnight. Table Nineteen Restaurant is open until 9:00 pm daily
