Enjoy the water-views from the deck and grassy lawn, or retreat to the sheltered interior courtyard with large outdoor dining table and BBQ.

This recently built home boasts 4 good-sized bedrooms, two lounges and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious ensuite w/ shower and walk-in wardrobe; two bedrooms contain queen beds, and a super sunny kids bedroom is fitted out with two bunks (4 single beds in total).

This unique, architecturally designed home also features a stunning modern kitchen. It is a short walk to a beach, shops, and fish and chips.

*This property has a private jetty with a boat permanently docked. The boat is not available to rent or use. It may be possible to rent the jetty for a private vessel by prior arrangement.
*The home was very recently built and has not yet been landscaped on the exterior or fully fenced.
