We have stayed at this convenient property on a number of occasions. The staff are always friendly, and the hotel is clean and accessible. Some areas look a little tired, and it has been a while since we saw the hotel buzzing - especially the restaurant. We look forward to many repeat future bookings.

We have stayed here on several occasions and will hope to again. The hotel is reliable, in an excellent location on the seafront, affordable, and has plenty of parking. The staff are friendly and polite. However, the hotel cries out for much renovation work. Even small repairs and repacements to window parts, door locks, and some beds and mattresses would have a significant positive impact. But the positives for me outweigh the negatives.

This hotel has not got a ramp to push your case up it has steps. As elderly holiday makers wd did not appreciate having to leave suitcases at the bottom and walk up steps to ask for help.The seafront was very noisy with moterbikers, and it was a very hot evening , and windows only opened about 4 inches, only soap dispenser in bathroom nearly empty, no info in room about resort or medical assistance..

The rotating door is not big enough for clients with walking stick and case. The toaster needs adjusting of replacing as it either burns it or just heats up the bread - get a pop up toaster that everyone can use, the former wastes bread and time Staff are really helpful except with the toaster.

Fix the entrance lift please

I struggled with my case up the steep stairs to the entrance .i am 75 yes old and have a neck and back problem.My heart problem did play up after booking in .Hiwever we love the hotel and the upgrade was very nice .My wife was not very well and could not help with the situation

The room you book online is NOTHING like the room end up in, are room was tiny, seriously run down, damp, mouldy. Tried to charge me £25 upgrade but staying in the same run down room. Loud drunk people everywhere. The hotel need a facelift and the staff need training

Great value hotel on Weston-super-Mare's seafront

Arrived at the hotel about 12:40am, and was met by a very friendly night manager, who quickly signed me and and explained where my room was. Luckily I had been upgraded to a sea view single, which had a fabulous view (I saw when I woke up). The room was compact, clean and functional (portable heater and fan contained in the wardrobe). The decoration was ok, the only issue i had with the room is the floor. You couldn't walk without the floor creaking and I was concerned that it was 1:15 am and I must have sounded like I was marching up and down to the person below. The shower was powerful and had plenty of hot water. Overall the hotel was good, clean and functional. Yes the decor is tired and I'm sure in the 80s or 90s it was an amazing room, but at the ptice I paid for what I needed, it was ideal and will stay again if I need a one night stay. The bed linen was very clean and crisp
