The staff are excellent. The property is nice outside. The room has cockroaches and mosquitos. The room lock is not tight, kind of loose, and we have to put the key in a few times before the green light appears. It is situated at the end of the hall next to the an iron door. For me, an old woman, I am a little uncomfortable. I stayed a lot of time at Best Western hotels before, when I was travelling very often and felt very happy with their accommodations. But now, I am sad that Best Western has these neglected (run down) rooms assigned to guests. ---Disappointed.

We ended up having to move 2 times. First time, because the shower/tub drain was plugged. The second time due to ants in the sink. A crazy amount. They also tried to close the pool/hot tub early every night if we weren't already in there and we were planning our dinner plans around being home in time for a evening hot tub. It was frustrating. Staff was friendly but even with our issues they would not entertain any sort of discount for the issues with our rooms.

Room is clean but its not the room you would expect. It looks like it still in the remodeling process. Bed was spring mattress and its caves at both edges. Bathtub wont drain properly after a shower (very slow). It feels like a motel 6 .

The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was pretty good. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Our sink didn’t drain. The water pressure was low. The lamps could be updated to include usb ports. The electric outlets were not convenient. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
