Our room was clean & tidy. The staff were pleasant & helpful. The breakfast, food in the evening & drink were good & reasonably priced. Overall we have no complaints & enjoyed our stay. Communication prior to our stay was good as the hotel kept us informed of any issues & events taking place. In the summer having direct access to the beach would be great for families. Yarmouth was not far to travel to. Thank you to all the staff.

Lovely hotel in a prime location. Extremely helpful staff. The food is great (afternoon tea is a must, dinners are abundant and tasty, breakfasts are served in a cosy art deco setting.). The rooms are clean and comfortable. There was a slight issue of a vent system being very loud and disturbing our night. The reception was not aware of it and proceeded to fix it upon our departure- hope the gears are lubricated and quiet now

Excellent Hotel so close to the beach

Very happy with our one night stay at The Cliff. Really friendly and helpful staff. Huge very comfy bed and room incredibly quiet.

Room was clean but noisy and and very warm. Food here was very good in the restaurant in the evening but breakfast was average. We went to see the seals at horsey gap and it was close, so perfect for us.

Great dtay at the Cliff. We had a partial Seaview the views were amazing. Breakfast was good but warm rather than hot. Food good quality. I feel the bar area whilst nice lacks atmosphere. The terrace has amazing views its a shame the nights were so cold as we couldn't use it fully but may be possible on a future stay. Renovations ongoing this affects the outside areas but didn't impact on us. Disruption was kept to a minimum. Reception staff and Breakfast service amazing.

We chose the Cliff for it's location, right by the beach and long boardwalk. Though the hotel was clean it was dated in areas. Our room had lovely views of the sea, especially the sun rise. The room was clean, bed very comfortable. Our only complaint was the bathroom. Some black mould on the tile grouting and some tiles broken. The light was very poor and the ventilator, once activated, would not go off. Breakfast was excellent with good choices and well cooked. All staff were very pleasant, especially dining staff. Some carpeting in communal areas were very tatty.

Lovely break, first time in Norfolk.

We had a lovely room on the first floor, not advertised as sea view, but it was there! Very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The staff were so lovely, Elge on reception recommended places to go. Maggie at breakfast was a breath of fresh air. Breakfast was lovely, loads of choice. We ate in the dining room, the food was excellent quality, unusual twists, beautifully cooked. I am coeliac, the staff were knowledgeable and made sure my food was safe.

TV did not work and no one could fix it. Not very clean especially the shower. Food in restaurant was trying to be too much, so many different flavours not sure they all went
