Very good

Very disappointed. Pool area was run down and dirty. Hot tub wasn’t working and we were told mainteance didn’t work weekends so there was nothing they could do. Hotel restaurant didn’t open the day we were there but nobody told us, ended up having to scramble to find somewhere to have dinner. Very disappointing since we had planned on eating at the hotel. Front desk staff was unapologetic. Room was clean and spacious.
Very short on staff—- has a ripple effect.
The staff was very nice BUT not always accessible, for example, the front desk host who checked us in, also was responsible for the pool (separate building), any room requests etc.
Our suite was dirty- chips on the patio from previous guests, jacuzzi tub was dirty with dust piled in jets (health violation), the bar and restaurant were closed, with no heads-up. Walk to the pool was DARK and no towels- we had to walk back to the main building in cold darkness to get more towels. The grounds were over grown and no spring clean up had been done.
Someone who likes the dark and quiet with no staff available for service may enjoy this. Not luxurious (patched ceiling in bathroom and peeling wallpaper in room). The bed was comfortable.

The website doesn't tell you that they have their restaurant and bar area closed. You can only order room service. The hot tub is also out of order. The grounds are beautiful but not well maintained. The continental breakfast was super disappointing. It's a beautiful hotel but it seems like a new owner took it over and isn't giving it to her level of care it needs. It's a shame because it has so much potential.
It was beautiful - the rooms were well done!
The hotel did not inform us upon booking that the restaurant/bar would be closed. This is one of the reasons we chose this location - a getaway and not having to drive anywhere for a drink and dinner. We were quite upset that this was not available.
Tv didnt work, Ac didnt work, treadmill didnt work, room filled with hornets, was there for 2 hours of 5 day stay and couldn't get out fast enough. Beautiful place but has issue....Good from a far but far from hood

Disliked: Staff & service
It was ok , the place was empty for the time we stayed, bars and restaurant were closed. Our only complaint is the crazy noise coming from upstairs b
The hotel is beautiful , room was very well kept . Pool was clean and overall a really great experience . Thenonly downside i would say is that the free breakfast was super underwhelming . For the cost per night I just kind of set my expectations a little higher but as I said the hotel itself was great !
It was a nice overnight stay with family but I just wish the restaurant was open

The staff was not at all welcoming, they advertised a continental breakfast until 9am, we got there at 8:40 there was 1 english muffin and a couple of mini bagels. No milk for cereal, no butter or jam for toast. The restaurant wasn't open at all. They hold $150 on your CC for incidentals...what incidentals??? The pool was across the parking lot, fine during the day but poor lighting at night. The hotel itself is very dark. Rooms were ok. Too expensive for what they offered, I wouldn't go back!
Stay was very clean! Very quiet area. Relaxing getaway for the weekend! I wasn’t thrilled on the treatments at spa, but the staff were very friendly. The steam room wasn’t working during our stay.
Restaurant food was good. Staff there were also friendly! Resort could use some updates !
Quiet property close to restaurants and activities. Room booked was very clean and staff was very prompt with any needs. 10/10 would highly recommend. Stayed in St. Tropez room.
I stayed 3 weeks out the 4 weeks of the past 5 weeks. My first state hade multiple problems and brought it the staffs attention. There was no response or actions taken to resolve my issues. Some were rodents in the walls, tub not draining for tub not holding water, television not working, safe not working, piece of paper I my cocktail , marijuana stench throughout the lobby and library, no constancy from daily maid services, multiple other issues ,and lastly a staff member verbally abusive to me because I wrote an internal complaint to the General Manager.
