Staff was friendly. Motel was going through a renovation so it was a little messy outside. Room was ok. Pillows and bed were very uncomfortable. The couch in our room was disgustingly dirty and looked like it came out of the trash pile.

Upon arrival, the hotel looked abandoned. Weeds were 2' high atound the entire perimeter of the property along sidewalks etc and grass never mowed. 2 people(husband and wife,) running this entire hotel. No hired maintenance, housekeeping etc. Mold growing up the walls in the swimmimg pool/hot tub areas. Broken windows being held shut with a stick and drapes and curtains hanging from rods. Toilet flooded bathroom floor. Owner refused to give us paperwork at check in, but was happy to quickly run my credit card before seeing the condition of the interior. Once we saw the conditions of the premisses we asked to check out, and owner refused to give paperwork, saying that Expedia takes care of that. I knew better, but there was nothing i could do to get that from the owner. This hotel is a health hazard, and I can hardly believe it is open for business. Expedia and Wyndham should be imbarassed representing thos hotel. I have stayed in many hotels, and giving 1 star is giving too much. I feel Expedia and Wyndham should do something to credit this back to me. What a way to start a vacation. Amd yes, we have photos.

The person that checked me in was rude and abrupt. She was more concerned about a customer that wasn’t paying his bill then those of us that were. She also stood outside most of the time and did an awful job for front desk greeter!!! That is the first impression that customers get of your facility! The hotel smelled awful, was dirty with linen and garbage bags in the hallway, dirty mattresses and the linen was old, stained and shabby looking. I feel like I should get my money back for this stay because I had chimdren with me and it was upsetting the way staff members conducted themselves, condition of the hotel and the neighborhood looked very unsafe!!! I have never felt this disappointed in a Wenda’s hotel in the past???

Baymont needs to update their photos and the reviews are not reflective for those looking to book online. Looks like they are under major renovation and the property is very unkept. Disappointing especially if you book (sight unseen) online and then pull up.

Tv remote was broken with a battery missing which was corrected after two trips made down stairs to lobby. The sheets on both beds were stained and should have been noticed by housekeeping when they were put on and didn’t have any more fitted sheets so I had to use flat sheets to replace the nasty fitted. Stains on pillow cases were very noticeable also. They are remodeling some of the rooms so there was furniture in the hallways and their supplies were all over the place. I wish I could upload the pictures I took. Never again!!

There 4 days not one time did they clean the room had to ask for clean towels. Was swimming with my daughter and noticed mold on the ceilings in the pool room. The property outside is not maintained grass was a foot tall that speaks a lot how the inside of the property is maintained.

This property had mold all over the pool area. The room vents had dust coming out of them when turned on. All things you’d never see upon check in. So they hook you in and then refuse to refund when your child starts feeling ill due to his allergies

They were undergoing remodification hallway had 5 gallon paint cans lined up, construction noise was loud until around ,5 pm then overnight they were working on room above ours, this stopped at 1:30 am bed was comfortable experience did not fill pictures on website.

Was a reasonable price. Hotel was going through construction and there was a smoke alarm battery that was dead and chirping all throughout the night. Mostly clean, but no shampoo and only one bar of soap for the sink and to shower with. AC was great and room was huge. Breakfast options were limited.
