Clean room. LOUD hotel. Constant guest room doors banging shut. Echoes down the hall. No insulation from whoever is above you. We got just a few hours sleep a night. Beds are hard.

Nice people. Room was clean. Good working air and heat. Big tv.Room was Very small. Armoire rattled every time you walked by! Breakfast was limited and mostly cold food. No restaurant. You must have a car since its outer town. tiny convenience store next door with few options. But overpriced for what you got.*outer door was NEVER LOCKED! Did NOT like that since we were on the end room. A bit noisy as well, right there.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable beds. Didn't like not having a elevator. Continental breakfast didn't offer much and it was very crowded, nowhere to sit so we didn't eat.

We liked the proximity to West Yellowstone and the entrance to Yellowstone. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. We had a room with an adjoining door. We could hear our neighbors' TV and could even understand their conversations. Luckily they settled down around the time we did, but it felt quite intrusive.

The staff was amazing from check in to check out. They were super helpful and very friendly. Also the amenities were above and beyond what we expected from the larger mini fridge and ample storage in the room to the breakfast choices with 24 hour coffee. Our room and the public areas were super clean, I have never seen a cleaner laundry area! We will be sure to recommend to all our friends.
