West Yellowstone is such a cute rustic little town and the Kelly Inn offered the perfect atmosphere. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been in and the staff were super nice, the breakfast was above what you get at a lot of places. The pool area was super clean and the offer coffee 24 hours!!! Nice outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Very pleased with our stay

It was a great hotel and close to the park and dining. Our room had 2 kings size beds. And daily maid service! which was unexpected and nice. The coffee was STRONG! if that is your preference you won't be disappointed. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The Kelly Inn exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive. The property was clean and had a fresh appearance. The property is very walkable, and there are unlimited views of the surrounding views. The breakfast was a great value.

Close to Yellowstone park gates allowing us to easily drive down to old faithful for a couple hours and stop at all the sights while returning to see wildlife including bison up close on the road. A great day trip base.

The location is great—right at the west entrance—but the way an elevator incident was handled made us feel like guest safety isn’t a priority. My dad got stuck in the elevator while it was under maintenance. I told the workers immediately, but they just brought it up and said, “He’s not here,” without any concern. My dad later got out by himself on the second floor after the elevator took him up and down. When I asked how he got in during maintenance, the worker said, “We didn’t know,” and then told me not to argue and talk to the front desk. No one apologized or even asked how my dad was doing. There was no warning sign, and no one took responsibility. We had booked two nights but checked out after one. If it hadn’t been snowing, we wouldn’t have stayed at all. I hope others don’t have to go through the same experience.

Vereniz and Derek

The wether was fantastic, but I love the crew from the hotel, always there for help, and smile, they make you fell like you are on you’re home At the moments I did my check in Vereniz and Derek was there and I love them ❤️🤍 also was my first time there so they suggested me all the good restaurants, I fell pretty thankful because they make my trip more enjoyable
