WiFi didn’t work, phorid flies and other bugs in room, small towels. Microwave wouldn’t shut off and was running endlessly when we checked in so we had to unplug it. Uncomfortable scratch sheets and pillows.

Great stay overall! A lot of things to do! Two pools (one indoor and one outdoor), very clean, tennis court, kids playground! Nice breakfast! Highly recommend!

The property is in a great location to get you to Hyannis, ferry to Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard, short drive to all sorts of beaches and restaurants. Only an hour drive to Provincetown. A few draw backs for us: they had WiFi issues during our stay. Not the end of the world. No water in vending machines. No yogurt at breakfast. The building is older and you can hear everyone walking up and down the hallway and closing doors in the morning and at night. (That happens at most places, but this is a wood constructed building and it seemed a bit noisier). And cleanliness. It wasn't dirty, but I also can't say they did an amazing job cleaning. Around the beds, nightstand, baseboards there was thick dust. Walking around the bare floors, our socks were a little dirty. Bedding clean and comfortable. Towels and shower clean.

Courteous and professional staff. Tasty free breakfast. Spacious parking lot. Bed frame squeaked a lot and sometimes the bathroom smelled moldy. Otherwise a good standard hotel room. Would stay there again.

Had a great stay. The beds were very comfortable and the service was great. Also loved the Continental Breakfast. And they accommodate us when we asked for a first floor room.

the room was very clean, staff were attentive and friendly.This is a good choice for travelers ona budget. While the rooms were very clean they were a little out dated (need paint in some areas) but the beds and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. The best part was the full breakfast (included in the room rate) with a nice attendant. Great location on Route 28. We did use the pools of sports courts but they looked really nice.
