Not great

Played slots for 2 hours, no cocktails. Finally after asking 2 very unfriendly and unhelpful floor staff, I went to the bar and paid for drinks. No fitted sheet, a blanket that was very thin and the water didn't get very hot in the shower.

We patronized what I think was the first Peppermill restaurant in Reno decades ago. I don’t know if it’s the same ownership, but the company has maintained a “good enough is not good enough” ethic. It was really pretty stunning to find a property of this quality in this part of the world and at this price.

Cafe Milano service was terrible

Room was nice, clean, comfortable. Check in was great. The service in cafe Milano was terrible. Multiple employees chatting by the register. The waitress did good, once she arrived. After finally getting our bill, we waited at the register, and we must have been invisible. We finally left cash for our bill, and left the change. Will try a different restaurant next time.
