You can access the beach from dune way as well as the main road so those with a harder time getting around do not need to worry. Enjoy evenings in the 3 season screened in room which features a hot tub and bar fridge, or bbq while relaxing on outdoor furniture located on the porch. Just minutes away is 5 Star Rodd Crowbush Golf & Beach Resort, fresh seafood, and family owned restaurants. Charlottetown is just 25 minutes away where you can find all amenities.

The main floor is an open space with 28 ft high ceilings. The large kitchen has an island for extra prep space, basic spices, and all other utensils needed to prepare meals at home. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area that sits 10+ people. The cozy living room has a fireplace to enjoy on chilly nights.

Within Alley Lane, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms with king size beds, and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The upstairs bonus room is the perfect space for kids since there is a large flat screen TV, and a window which overlooks the downstairs main area.
