Second time we stayed here. Love this hotel. But, this last visit was ruined by a family in the room next door. The kids were screaming and running around in the room and hallway from 7:00 am on throughout the day. I complained to the front desk and the noise stopped for a day then started back up the next day. I don’t blame the hotel necessarily, but do blame the parents. Either way we were awakened by the noise in the morning and annoyed with it whenever we were in the room

We stayed for one night and did not have any issue. I selected this hotel for its location - it was close to everything we wanted to see at the West Palm beach. I booked the package with breakfast included, the selection is not a lot but is enough to get my day going. We most likely will not go to West Palm beach again; but I would recommend this hotel if you don't mind the view. (Our view was the parking lot so nothing really to see)

Definitely not worth the money, Parking garage was confusing and felt unsafe! In particular when loading and unloading. I definitely would not dine there, low budget motel feel, much better alternatives for the money!
