The bathrooms barn door style door had a broken track so the door didn’t slide well. The used a hose clamp to hold the track together and if the door roller went beyond the hose clamp it took some effort to get it back where it needed to be. The elevators needed attention, they squeaked quite loudly as they went up and down. Late at night it didn’t help with sleeping. I had room 612 it seemed like it was the center point of the elevator noises.

The “wonderful” and “excellent” ratings were misleading. Hotel entrance was difficult to get to, couldn’t pull up to unload baggage. Also the hotel is older and not well maintained and needs to be updated, but the staff are friendly and the room is clean. Bed is comfortable but the comforter is rough and scratchy. Aircondition was not working well so the room was hot and had to get up through the night to adjust the temperature. It was fine for an overnight stay but would not stay here again.

Room was in good condition. Staff was repeatedly discourteous and very rude. Daily prepaid hot breakfast was disappointing, high fat and tasteless. It was difficult for us to eat this for10 days, and staff told us to complain to Expedia and hotel was not responsible.

The location is very convenient and centrally located. The room was modern, clean, and staff were pleasant. The only downside was the size of The bathroom. Almost a bit too small for one person to get ready.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, toilet paper holder was broken but not a big deal. Loved that it’s right there by the outlet mall and other shopping and dining. We were there for a funeral so didn’t spend much time at the hotel but will definitely use next time we’re in town.
