Staff was friendly and room was spacious and clean. In desperate need of new pillows, ours were flat and had no support. Breakfast was disappointing. Some items were great, others were awful. Don’t try to pass off grits as oatmeal.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn West Palm Beach due to missing our ship Margaritaville at Sea cruise. Everything was top-notch. The bed was comfortable, the temperature of the room was easy to set, the shower was hot and had great pressure, the microwave was big enough to fit a frozen dinner, and of course a coffee maker and apartment-sized fridge. The curtains shut out the light when needed. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are provided. Check in was quick and easy and a special thank you to Robert for advising us of the nearby restaurants and a Walmart, all within walking distance. The pool was a little chilly despite being in the sun the whole day. Breakfast was included and was above average. I would definitely stay there again if we needed to.

Great location. The room was great. It would be nice to still have all the breakfast options available until 10:00. Coming down at 9:15 to find scraps was a bit disappointing. But. Overall, a nice place to stay.

My husband and I stayed here with our two dogs for a couple of nights. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was spotless. Staff is friendly and personable. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to family and friends.

I’ve always liked breakfast at Hampton inn, but this time, it was spars. No coffee cups. No creamer. No eggs. Staff seemed absent. Was disappointed because I brought my mother in law and told her how nice breakfast was.

Perfect experience! Pets accepted and rooms are clean and large, comfortable beds, nicely furnished easy clean surfaces vs the usual run-down stained section of most pet-accepting hotels. Grounds accommodating for walking pets. Breakfast excellent, fresh, hot, varied slightly day to day and running from 6-10. Staff extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. Only 1minor issue: trash receptacles with small flimsy bags extremely small and filled up quickly; with housekeeping every other day, best to bring some bags of your own.

When I was staying there, the pool was never cleaned. I never saw someone clean the pool, the pool was dirty. They need to keep up with it.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Pet friendly was partly why we stayed here. The air conditioning was the worst. We were in a suite with a unit in the living area that only blew air because the compressor didn’t work. The unit in the bedroom had a faulty power connection because “housekeeping hits the plug when vacuuming”. Maintenance came and got both working and said to let them know if we had anymore issues but when we did maintenance was gone for the day. My husband had to keep fiddling with the one in the bedroom throughout the night. The lady at the front desk who was cozy in her chair under a blanket with her dog next to her seemed less than concerned. She didn’t even get up to speak to me.
