You can walk or bike ride to restaurants, museums, parks, City Place, and local retail shops. The beautiful island of Palm Beach and its pristine beaches are just a couple of miles away.
During your stay you will feel like you’re living in a secret garden. Joel is a Horticulturist and has cultivated a collection of tropical and rare palms/plants since 1992. Orchids cascade from trees and palms as tall as their home create a canopy encompassing layers of vegetation, most of which you’ve never seen before. Nestled in a lush tropical garden, the Casita is an enchanting 1 bedroom/1 bathroom Mediterranean style cottage featuring a full-size kitchen, a private patio, and access to a gorgeous palm tree lined free-form pool. For a refreshing outdoor shower, don’t miss the Coral Cabana, hand built of coral rock, barnacles, seashells, and yes more plants.
The owners manage the Casita and live in the main house on the property with their friendly outdoor dogs, Coco and Chip. As a result, pets of any kind are not permitted on this rental property. Additionally, guests are required to be a minimum of 21 years of age.
If you have your own car or a rental car, there is complimentary street parking available directly in front of the home and throughout the neighborhood on a first-come, first-served basis.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.
Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.

The property is located on a quiet, palm tree lined street and is only 15-20 minutes walking distance or a short bike ride to downtown West Palm Beach's "The Square" retail and entertainment district, Palm Beach County Convention Center, The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and the Norton Museum of rt. The famous island of Palm Beach with its pristine beaches and other popular points of interest (such as Worth Avenue, Flagler Museum, The Breakers Hotel) are 5 - 10 minutes driving distance. The cottage is also a quick walk to Howard Park and restaurants such as Table 26, Grato and Bedner’s Farmer’s Market as well as Grandview Public Market.
