Nice little cottage detached from main house in a nice and quite area in West Palm Beach. There is a fence between the main house and this property. Also it has its own driveway! The property has its own backyard/garden with 2 sun lounges and a table (more pictures coming soon). Property located close to the city center, transportation, stores, restaurants, St Marys Hospital, Paley Institute and train station. Everything has been completely upgraded including the kitchen, bathroom, new travertine floors, furniture etc. The house is reinforced by latest codes with hurricane proof windows, doors, insulation and more. You have access to your own washer/dryer (2 in 1)Great Value!!!
