the outside door lock, from the parking lot did not work reliably so we had to walk to the front several times - this was a safety concern. The room was good but there is VERY little light by the wall mirror and coffee station making it hard to see in those areas where it's important to be able to see. Otherwise, it was a great trip

Breakfast was good. I would have rated stay higher except for the following: Location of room - behind the only elevator in the building and across from ice machine No water. I’m used to having at least one bottled water. Took my evening pills with sink water
