Myself and my sisters stayed here the weekend of my sister's wedding; the host was very kind and accommodated our request for a late check-out (asked in advance of and before our stay was actually booked), as we needed to leave directly from this location to the wedding. The space was beautiful and clean, and is centrally located between Kelowna & West Kelowna, w/ a nice host welcome gift left on the counterThe host was mostly very communictive, and pleasant to deal with. The unfortunate part of our stay was that all 5 of us slept horribly both nights, to the point the bride had to call her fiance for a 4 am pickup because she had not slept; we all found the mattresses very firm and hard. Further to that, all the linens/bedding/towels were heavily fragranced. Unfortunately we are all scent sensitive, and this added to the discomfort and trouble sleeping because we were all also affected by the scent. This may be and likely is a case of personal prefence to have no scents and softer beds, I would love to leave a 5 star review because the space itself was nice and the host great, but I also want to be honest that we all did not sleep well the 2 nights we were here. When I messaged the host about the issues on Saturday morning, I did not receive a response until early evening saying there was nothing they could do, but by that point it was too late for us to make other arrangements. Outside of that, this was a beautiful home and is presented and laid out very nicely.
